useTween() hands back a function that starts tweens. Each one carries a number from from to to over duration seconds and gives it to you every frame, so what it animates is up to the line that receives it.
Six rows make the same trip through six curves, looping with yoyo and repeat: -1. They fan out because each curve is somewhere else at the same moment.
